RESERVATION: Reservation must be made 60 to 45 days in advance before commencement of tour. In a case where reservation is made less than 60 days 60% deposit is required .The remaining 40% should be paid 21 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION FEES: You have the right to cancel a reservation but it must be done in writing either by mail or fax. Cancellations made within 7 days is subject to 40% of deposit. 14days is also subject to 30% of deposit. The charges is to defray the cost of handling of reservation or other services.
FINAL PAYMENT: Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to the date of departure. If booking is made within the 30 days of the departure date, full payment is due immediately. Flexible instalment payment plans are available.
INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR: Packages includes hotel accommodations with breakfast, sigh-seeing, airport transfer, transport, guided tour etc.
NOTE: Some may like us to include meals in their packages. This must be done by request with preference to choices of meal.
EXCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR COST: Airport taxes, insurance, visa, passport and any other document cost or fees. Items of a personal nature such as use of telephone, laundry, meals/snack not on tour schedules, liquor, souvenirs, cost of optional tours and all other those included in the itineraries.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Personal travel documents such as a current passport and the necessary visas are the sole responsibility of the participant. A visa is required for travel to Ghana.
